Directions

Pour milk into saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top, allowing it to sit and dissolve for 5 min.

Once milk is a bit wrinkly, turn heat on low and whisk until gelatin is dissolved. This will take about 2-3 minutes, do not let the milk boil or get too hot. Check that the gelatin is dissolved by rubbing a bit of the milk between your fingers; if it's smooth, the gelatin is dissolved.

Turn off heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Give it a quick whisk and pour into your greased ramekins of choice. This will make around 4 8oz ramekins.

Cover and set in fridge for around 8 hours. You can eat it straight from the ramekin or invert it onto a plate.

To invert, run a knife along the edges of the ramekin and then place the bottom half in warm water for about 2 min. It should invert easily.

Top with your favorite fruit of choice. I chose to top it with honeyed strawberries and basil~

Enjoy xx
